Eligibility
The guarantee applies for 30 days from the delivery date. Both opened and unopened products qualify, and ritual sets are covered as a complete set.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Items purchased as part of a promotion or final sale (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to Request a Refund
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email Support@serenesuisse.com or use our contact form with your order number and the item(s) your request concerns. Our team will respond within one business day.
Step 2 — Nothing to Send Back
We do not ask you to ship products back to us. When the guarantee applies, the product stays with you.
Step 3 — Refund Processed
Once your request is confirmed, your refund is issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply place a new order.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
