Free US Shipping on all orders over $200. Standard delivery 3–5 business days. All taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the following business day.

All prices on serenesuisse.com are inclusive of applicable sales tax and duties where relevant. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at delivery. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Climate-Controlled Packaging
SÉRÈNE formulas contain active biotech ingredients that are sensitive to temperature extremes. All orders are packed in insulated, climate-protective packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition regardless of seasonal conditions.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your building's mail area. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. In most cases we will arrange a replacement or refund within 5 business days of the investigation conclusion.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been collected by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at Support@serenesuisse.com to enquire about shipping to your country.
