From order to dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement from our Dubai fulfillment center. Orders received after 2:00 PM GST on Thursday will begin processing the following Sunday. UAE public holidays may add up to one additional business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking activates once the courier scans the parcel at our fulfillment center.
No hidden fees
All US orders ship from our domestic fulfillment center as standard interstate shipments. There are no customs duties, no import taxes, and no charges payable at delivery.
Applicable state sales tax, where required by law, is calculated and displayed at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount you pay — nothing more.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries within the United Arab Emirates, your order ships domestically from our Dubai fulfillment center. There are no customs duties, no import taxes, and no charges payable at delivery — the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
For deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, customs duties or import VAT may be assessed by local customs authorities at the time of import. Where applicable, these charges are paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. SÉRÈNE does not collect or pre-pay these charges at checkout.
We work to minimize customs friction wherever possible — most personal-use orders to GCC member states clear quickly — but the final assessment is at the discretion of the destination country's customs authority.
If your delivery is delayed
While we work with premium courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high-volume periods, weather events, regional holidays, or courier capacity constraints.
If your order has not arrived within your estimated delivery window, please contact our team and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. We are committed to making it right.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. SÉRÈNE is not responsible for delivery failures, returned packages, or re-shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of order placement — contact us as soon as possible at Support@serenesuisse.com and we will do our best to update your shipment before dispatch.
Changes & cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfillment queue. After that window, your order moves into picking and we are unable to intercept it — but we'll help you initiate a free return as soon as it arrives.

طلبُكِ في الإماراتِ يصلُ خلالَ يومِ العملِ التالي من لحظةِ الشحن، شاملَ جميعِ الضرائبِ والرسومِ الجمركيّة — دون مفاجآتٍ عند الباب.
أيّامُ عملٍ فقط
السعوديّة، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان، ودوليّاً. الرسومُ الجمركيّةُ تُحسَبُ عند التوصيل حسبَ لوائحِ دولتكِ.

لجميعِ الطلباتِ، في جميعِ دولِ الخليج، وللمشحونات الدوليّة. لا حدَّ أدنى، لا رسومَ خفيّة للشحن.

أزمنةُ التوصيلُ تقديريّةٌ وقد تختلفُ قليلاً حسبَ موقعكِ، كثافةِ حركةِ شركةِ الشحن، أو مواسمِ الذروة كرمضان والأعياد.
لا رسومَ خفيّة. لا مفاجآت.
في الإمارات: كلُّ ما ترينه عند الدفعِ هو ما ستدفعينه فعلاً. السعرُ المعروضُ يشملُ ضريبةَ القيمةِ المضافةِ الإماراتيّةَ والرسومَ الجمركيّةَ المطبّقة. حين يصلُ المندوبُ إلى بابِكِ، لا يطلبُ منكِ شيئاً إضافيّاً.
في بقيّةِ دولِ الخليجِ والعالم: تدفعين عند الشراءِ سعرَ المنتجاتِ فقط (الشحنُ مجانيّ)، ثمَّ تتكفّلين بالرسومِ الجمركيّةِ وضريبةِ القيمةِ المضافةِ المطبّقةِ في بلدكِ عند استلامِ الطلبِ من شركةِ الشحن. هذه الرسومُ تُحدَّدُ بموجبِ لوائحِ بلدكِ وليست ضمنَ تحكّمنا.
نعتقدُ أنَّ التعاملَ مع الرسومِ الجمركيّةِ بشفافيّةٍ أفضلُ من إخفائها في ثمنِ المنتج. هذا يعني أنّكِ تدفعين سعراً حقيقياً للمنتج، لا سعراً مُضخَّماً ليُغطّي رسوماً دوليّةً قد لا تنطبقُ عليكِ. أنتِ تعرفين تماماً ما تدفعينه، ولماذا.
الإجراءُ خطوةً بخطوة.
إن كنتِ في السعوديّة، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان، أو دوليّاً — هذا ما يحدثُ حين يصلُ طلبُكِ إلى بلدكِ:
الإجراءُ المُتَّبع
- شركةُ الشحنِ (DHL، FedEx، أو ما يُعادلها) تُخلِّصُ طلبَكِ في جماركِ بلدكِ نيابةً عنكِ — دون أن تذهبي أنتِ إلى الجمارك.
- تصلُكِ رسالةٌ نصيّةٌ أو مكالمةٌ من شركةِ الشحنِ بقيمةِ الرسومِ قبل التوصيل.
- تدفعين الرسومَ للمندوبِ عند التوصيل — نقداً أو ببطاقةِ ائتمان حسبَ السياسةِ المحليّة — أو عبر رابطِ دفعٍ إلكترونيّ.
- تستلمين طلبَكِ مع إيصالٍ مفصَّلٍ بجميعِ الرسومِ المدفوعة.
الرسومُ تختلفُ حسبَ الدولةِ وقيمةِ الطلبِ ومتوسّطها بين ٥٪ و٢٠٪ من قيمةِ المنتجات. فريقُ واتسابِ لدينا يُمكنه تقديرُ الرسومِ المُتوقَّعةِ لكِ قبل إتمامِ الشراءِ إن رغبتِ.
من الضغطةِ إلى الشحن.
تُعالَجُ الطلباتُ خلالَ يومِ أو يومَي عملٍ من لحظةِ تأكيدها، باستثناءِ عطلاتِ نهايةِ الأسبوعِ والأعياد. الطلباتُ التي تُؤكَّد بعدَ الساعةِ الثانيةِ ظهراً بتوقيتِ الخليج تُعالَجُ في يومِ العملِ التالي.
ستصلُكِ رسالةُ تأكيدٍ إلكترونيّةٌ فيها رقمُ التتبّعِ فورَ مغادرةِ الطلبِ مستودعاتنا. يمكنكِ التتبّعُ مباشرةً عبر صفحةِ تتبّعِ الطلب في أيِّ وقت.
إن تأخّرت شحنتُكِ.
نعملُ مع شركاءِ شحنٍ من المستوى الأوّل لضمانِ التوصيلِ في الموعد، لكنَّ التأخيرَ قد يحدثُ أحياناً بسببِ: الازدحامِ الموسميِّ خلالَ رمضانَ والأعياد، الظروفِ الجويّةِ الاستثنائيّة، العطلاتِ الرسميّةِ في بلدكِ، أو إجراءاتِ التخليصِ الجمركيِّ الطويلة.
إن لم يصل طلبُكِ خلالَ النافذةِ المُقدَّرة (يومُ عملٍ واحدٌ للإمارات، ٣ أيّامِ عملٍ لبقيّةِ الدول)، تواصلي معنا فوراً عبر واتساب وسنُلاحقُ الشحنةَ معكِ ونحلُّ المشكلةَ بأسرعِ ما يمكن.
تأكّدي من عنوانكِ قبل الدفع.
يُرجى التأكّدُ من صحّةِ عنوانِ الشحنِ وكمالهِ قبل إتمامِ الطلب. سيرين سويس غيرُ مسؤولةٍ عن فشلِ التوصيلِ، أو إعادةِ الطرودِ، أو تكاليفِ إعادةِ الشحنِ الناتجةِ عن عنوانٍ خاطئٍ أو ناقصٍ مُقدَّمٍ من العميل.
إن لاحظتِ خطأً في عنوانكِ فورَ الطلب، تواصلي معنا مباشرةً عبر واتساب وسنحاولُ تعديلَه قبلَ الشحن. بعدَ الشحن، لا يُمكنُنا ضمانُ التعديلِ لأنّ الطردَ يكون قد دخلَ نظامَ شركةِ الشحن.
نصيحة: لوجهاتٍ عربيّةٍ يُستحسَنُ كتابةُ العنوانِ باللغةِ الإنجليزيّةِ في خانةِ الشحن لأنَّ شركاتِ الشحنَ الدوليّةَ (DHL، FedEx) تستخدمُ الإنجليزيّةَ في أنظمتها الداخليّة. يمكنكِ إضافةُ العنوانِ العربيِّ في خانةِ «ملاحظاتُ التوصيل» إن توفّرت.
ما تسألُه النساءُ قبل الطلب.
كم تستغرقُ الشحنةُ في الإمارات؟
يومُ عملٍ واحد. الطلباتُ المؤكَّدةُ قبلَ الساعةِ الثانيةِ ظهراً تصلُكِ في اليومِ التالي. الطلباتُ بعدَ الساعةِ الثانية تُعالَجُ في اليومِ التالي وتصلُكِ في اليومِ الذي يليه. جميعُ طلباتِ الإماراتِ شاملةٌ للضرائبِ والجمارك — لا رسومَ إضافيّةٌ عند التوصيل.
متى تصلُني في السعوديّة أو باقي دول الخليج؟
ثلاثةُ أيّامِ عمل. في السعوديّة، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، وعُمان. شركاتُ الشحنِ التي نعملُ معها (DHL Express) تُنجزُ التخليصَ الجمركيَّ بسرعةٍ، لكنَّ الرسومَ الجمركيّةَ وضريبةَ القيمةِ المضافةِ لبلدكِ تُدفَعُ عند التوصيل.
كم يتوقَّعُ أن أدفع في الجمارك؟
تتراوحُ الرسومُ عادةً بين ٥٪ و٢٠٪ من قيمةِ المنتجات، حسبَ قوانينِ بلدكِ. السعوديّةُ تطبّقُ ضريبةً بنسبة ١٥٪ + رسوم. البحرينُ ١٠٪. الكويت وقطر لا تطبّقان ضريبةً لكنّ الرسومَ الجمركيّةَ قد تنطبق. للتقديرِ الدقيقِ قبلَ شرائكِ، تواصلي معنا عبر واتساب.
ماذا لو تأخّرت شحنتي أو لم تصلني؟
تواصلي معنا فوراً عبر واتساب. أوّلاً، نتحقّقُ من حالةِ الشحنةِ مع شركةِ الشحنِ. إن كانت الشحنةُ فُقدت في النقلِ — نُعيدُ إرسالَها على حسابنا أو نُعيدُ لكِ كاملَ المبلغ، حسبَ تفضيلكِ. لا تتحمّلين أيَّ تكلفةٍ إضافيّةٍ بسبب خطأٍ لم تُسبّبيه.
